1 1/2 κιλό αρνάκι γάλακτος (κατά προτίμηση μπούτι)
4 κ. σ. ελαιόλαδο ή φυτικό λίπος

Σωτάρουμε στο ελαιόλαδο το αρνάκι μέχρι να πάρει χρώμα και αποσύρουμε από την κατσαρόλα μας.
